본 방침은 모바일 애플리케이션 ‘픽노드(PickNode)’에만 적용됩니다. 옴니노드가 운영하는 다른 웹사이트·서비스의 개인정보처리방침과는 별개의 문서입니다.
옴니노드(OmniNode)(이하 “회사”)는 모바일 애플리케이션 픽노드(PickNode)(이하 “서비스”)를 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하고 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
픽노드는 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 직접적인 신원정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용 과정에서 다음 정보가 처리됩니다.

※ 기기 임의 식별자는 계정이 아닙니다. 이름·이메일·광고 식별자와 연결되지 않는 난수이며, 앱을 삭제하면 사라집니다. 회사는 이 값으로 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.
※ 이용자가 입력하는 질문·보기·사연 텍스트에 본인이나 타인의 개인정보(실명·연락처·주소 등)를 포함하지 않도록 주의해 주세요. 입력한 내용은 결과 생성에 쓰이며, 다른 이용자에게 보이는 피드(투표 피드·판결 피드)에 공개될 수 있습니다.
댓글 모드에 쓴 글은 기본적으로 저장되지 않습니다. 글쓰기 화면의 공개 체크박스를 직접 켜거나, 댓글 화면에서 ‘이 사연 공개하기’를 직접 누른 경우에만 사연 본문이 서버에 저장되어 다른 이용자에게 보이는 ‘모두의 사연’ 목록에 표시됩니다.
서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 일부는 국외에 위치합니다.

위탁받은 업체는 위탁 목적 범위 내에서만 정보를 처리합니다. 회사는 질문·사연 텍스트를 광고·마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. Google 광고의 데이터 처리 방식은 Google 광고 및 파트너 사이트 정책을 참고하세요.
이용자는 본인 정보의 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 본 서비스는 계정·신원정보를 수집하지 않아 특정 개인을 식별하기 어려우므로, 삭제를 원하는 질문·사연 내용 등 식별 가능한 정보를 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 확인 후 처리합니다.
앱 안에서 직접 하실 수 있는 것:
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 인지하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
본 방침의 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 변경 사항을 안내합니다. 본 방침이 변경되면 상단 시행일을 갱신합니다.

This policy applies only to the mobile application “PickNode.” It is a separate document from the privacy policies of other OmniNode websites or services.
OmniNode (“Company”) operates the mobile application PickNode (“Service”) and is committed to protecting users’ privacy in compliance with applicable laws including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
PickNode has no sign-up or login and does not collect direct identifiers such as name, email, or phone number. The following information is processed during use:

※ The random device identifier is not an account. It is not linked to your name, email, or advertising ID, and it disappears when you uninstall the app. We do not use it to identify individuals.
※ Please do not include personal information (real names, contacts, addresses) about yourself or others in the text you enter. Your input is used to generate results and may appear in a public feed (vote feed / judge feed) visible to other users.
Text written in comment mode is not stored by default. It is saved to the server and shown in the public “Everyone’s stories” list only if you explicitly tick the publish checkbox on the writing screen or tap “Publish this story” on the comments screen.
We delegate processing to the following providers, some located overseas:

Processors handle data only within the delegated purpose. We do not sell question/story text to third parties for advertising or marketing. See Google’s advertising/partner-sites policy for how Google handles ad data.
You may request access to or deletion of your information. As the Service collects no account or identity data and cannot readily identify individuals, please provide identifiable details (e.g., the question/story content to be deleted) to the contact below; we will verify and process the request.
You can do the following yourself, inside the app:
The Service is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
We will notify changes to this policy via in-app notice or on this page. The effective date at the top is updated when the policy changes.
