노더리(Nodery) 개인정보처리방침

본 방침이 적용되는 대상은 다음 둘입니다.

모바일 앱	노더리(Nodery) - 5만 명 가상인구 놀이터 · 패키지 `kr.omninode.picknode` · Google Play 개발자 쥬천 이전 이름 픽노드(PickNode) — 2026년 9월에 이름만 바뀌었고 같은 앱입니다.

앱 안에는 픽노드(투표·판결·댓글·랜덤 네 가지 모드)와 게임 다섯 개 (데뷔까지 365일 · 대선 D-23 · 카드노드 · 나는 몇 %인가 · Last Signal)가 함께 들어 있으며, 본 방침은 그 전부에 적용됩니다. 옴니노드가 운영하는 다른 웹사이트·서비스의 개인정보처리방침과는 별개의 문서입니다.

주식회사 옴니노드(OmniNode)(이하 “회사”)는 위 서비스를 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하고 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.

1. 수집하는 항목 및 방법

노더리는 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 직접적인 신원정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용 과정에서 다음 정보가 처리됩니다.

※ 기기 임의 식별자는 계정이 아닙니다. 이름·이메일·광고 식별자와 연결되지 않는 난수이며, 앱을 삭제하면 사라집니다. 회사는 이 값으로 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.

※ 이용자가 입력하는 질문·보기·사연 텍스트에 본인이나 타인의 개인정보(실명·연락처·주소 등)를 포함하지 않도록 주의해 주세요. 입력한 내용은 결과 생성에 쓰이며, 다른 이용자에게 보이는 피드(투표 피드·판결 피드)에 공개될 수 있습니다.

1-1. 게임 다섯 개에서 처리하는 정보

데뷔까지 365일 · 대선 D-23 · 카드노드 · 나는 몇 %인가 · Last Signal 다섯 게임은 기기(또는 브라우저) 안에서만 동작합니다.

게임 진행 상황(이어하기 기록·최고 기록·설정)은 기기 저장소에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
게임이 쓰는 가상인구 데이터는 앱·페이지에 동봉된 통계 자료이며, 실제 사람의 개인정보가 아닙니다.
게임 화면에도 광고가 표시되며, 이때 처리되는 정보는 위 표의 ‘광고 관련 자동 수집’과 같습니다.
어느 게임을 얼마나 이용했는지에 대한 익명 통계(화면 이름, 시작·종료·이탈 시점)가 Analytics 로 전송됩니다. 이용자가 입력한 글이나 신원정보는 포함되지 않습니다.

1-2. 댓글 모드 사연의 공개 (중요)

댓글 모드에 쓴 글은 기본적으로 저장되지 않습니다. 글쓰기 화면의 공개 체크박스를 직접 켜거나, 댓글 화면에서 ‘이 사연 공개하기’를 직접 누른 경우에만 사연 본문이 서버에 저장되어 다른 이용자에게 보이는 ‘모두의 사연’ 목록에 표시됩니다.

공개 대상은 사연 본문과 말머리뿐이며, 작성자를 알 수 있는 정보는 함께 저장되지 않습니다.
공개한 사연은 ‘내 보관함’에서 언제든 직접 내릴 수 있습니다. 내리면 목록과 공유 경로 모두에서 즉시 사라집니다.
자해·자살 신호로 판단되는 글은 공개 요청이 있어도 저장·공개되지 않고, 위로 문구와 상담 안내로 대체됩니다.
신고가 누적된 사연은 자동으로 비공개 처리됩니다.

2. 이용 목적

조회수·리액션 집계를 통한 인기 콘텐츠 순위 제공(중복 집계 방지 포함)

서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 일부는 국외에 위치합니다.

위탁받은 업체는 위탁 목적 범위 내에서만 정보를 처리합니다. 회사는 질문·사연 텍스트를 웹사이트(nodery.ai.kr)에서는 쿠키를 사용합니다. 광고 게재(AdSense)와 이용 통계(Analytics)를 위한 것이며, 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다(일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다). 앱에는 해당하지 않습니다. 광고·마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다. Google 광고의 데이터 처리 방식은 Google 광고 및 파트너 사이트 정책을 참고하세요.

4. 보유 및 이용 기간

질문·사연·결과 캐시: 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관하며, 이용자 요청 또는 운영상 필요 시 삭제합니다.
공개한 댓글 모드 사연: 이용자가 ‘내리기’ 하거나 신고 누적으로 비공개 처리될 때까지 보관하며, 내리면 즉시 파기합니다. 공개하지 않은 글은 애초에 저장되지 않습니다.
조회수·리액션 집계: 시간대별 집계값은 8일 후 자동 삭제되며, 중복 집계 방지용 기기 식별자 기록은 24시간 후 무효가 되고 서버 재시작 시 소멸합니다.
서버 접속 로그(IP 등): 생성일로부터 3개월 후 자동 파기.
피드백 메시지: 처리 완료 후 1년 이내 파기.
광고 식별자: 광고 SDK 및 이용자 기기 설정 정책에 따르며, 회사는 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 본인 정보의 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 본 서비스는 계정·신원정보를 수집하지 않아 특정 개인을 식별하기 어려우므로, 삭제를 원하는 질문·사연 내용 등 식별 가능한 정보를 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 확인 후 처리합니다.

앱 안에서 직접 하실 수 있는 것:

공개한 사연 내리기: 댓글 모드 → ‘내 보관함’ → 해당 사연 → ‘내리기’
알림 끄기: 앱 내 알림 토글 또는 기기의 앱 알림 설정
유해 콘텐츠 신고: 각 콘텐츠의 신고 버튼(누적되면 자동 비공개)
맞춤형 광고 제한: 기기 설정에서 ‘광고 ID 재설정/삭제’

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 인지하면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

Nodery Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the following two properties:

The app contains PickNode (four modes: vote, judge, comment, random) and five games (365 Days to Debut · Election D-23 · Cardnode · What Percent Am I · Last Signal). This policy covers all of them. It is a separate document from the privacy policies of other OmniNode websites or services.

OmniNode Inc. (“Company”) operates the services above and is committed to protecting users’ privacy in compliance with applicable laws including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

1. Information We Collect

Nodery has no sign-up or login and does not collect direct identifiers such as name, email, or phone number. The following information is processed during use:

※ The random device identifier is not an account. It is not linked to your name, email, or advertising ID, and it disappears when you uninstall the app. We do not use it to identify individuals.

※ Please do not include personal information (real names, contacts, addresses) about yourself or others in the text you enter. Your input is used to generate results and may appear in a public feed (vote feed / judge feed) visible to other users.

1-1. Data handled by the five games

The five games — 365 Days to Debut, Election D-23, Cardnode, What Percent Am I, and Last Signal — run entirely on your device (or in your browser).

Game progress (save files, best scores, settings) is stored only in local storage and is never sent to a server.
The virtual-population data the games use is statistical material bundled with the app/page, not the personal information of real people.
Game screens also show ads; the data processed there is the same as “Ads (automatic)” in the table above.
Anonymous usage statistics (screen name, start/finish/exit events) are sent to Analytics. They contain no text you entered and no identity data.

1-2. Publishing a comment-mode story (important)

Text written in comment mode is not stored by default. It is saved to the server and shown in the public “Everyone’s stories” list only if you explicitly tick the publish checkbox on the writing screen or tap “Publish this story” on the comments screen.

Only the story body and its tag are stored. No author information is stored with it.
You can take a published story down at any time from “My shelf.” It disappears from the list and from any shared link immediately.
Text flagged as a self-harm signal is never stored or published, even if publishing was requested; it is replaced by a supportive message and helpline information.
Stories that accumulate reports are hidden automatically.

2. Purpose of Use

Generating and displaying virtual-population poll/verdict/comment results for your question or story
Blocking inappropriate or harmful content (safety review)
Improving quality/speed (result and comment caching), error analysis, and reliable operation
Serving ads and measuring ad performance (funding the free service; the revenue is used for charitable donation)
Reviewing user feedback and improving the Service
Aggregating views and reactions to provide popularity rankings (including de-duplication)
Sending weekly popular-content notifications if you have allowed them

Our website (nodery.ai.kr) uses cookies for ad serving (AdSense) and usage analytics (Analytics). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (some features may be limited). This does not apply to the app. Processors handle data only within the delegated purpose. We do not sell question/story text to third parties for advertising or marketing. See Google’s advertising/partner-sites policy for how Google handles ad data.

4. Retention

Question/story/result cache: retained during operation of the Service; deleted on request or operational need.
Published comment-mode stories: retained until you take them down or they are hidden by accumulated reports; deleted immediately on take-down. Stories you did not publish are never stored.
View and reaction counts: hourly aggregates are deleted after 8 days; the de-duplication record tied to the random device identifier expires after 24 hours and is lost on server restart.
Server access logs (IP, etc.): automatically deleted 3 months after creation.
Feedback messages: deleted within 1 year after processing.
Advertising ID: governed by the ad SDK and your device settings; not separately stored by the Company.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your information. As the Service collects no account or identity data and cannot readily identify individuals, please provide identifiable details (e.g., the question/story content to be deleted) to the contact below; we will verify and process the request.

You can do the following yourself, inside the app:

Take down a published story: Comment mode → “My shelf” → the story → “Take down”
Turn off notifications: the in-app notification toggle, or your device’s app notification settings
Report harmful content: the report button on each item (hidden automatically once reports accumulate)
Limit personalized ads: reset/delete your Advertising ID in device settings

6. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
