주식회사 옴니노드(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
이 게임에는 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 회사는 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 수집하거나 회사 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
게임 진행 기록(별, 추억 사진, 열린 장, 명예의 전당 점수와 직접 입력한 영문 이름, 언어·난이도·음악 설정)은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사에 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 게임의 「기록 초기화」를 누르면 지워집니다.
이 게임은 무료로 제공되며, 장이 끝날 때와 풀이를 볼 때 Google AdMob 전면 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고를 보여주고 성과를 측정하기 위해 Google이 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
또한 어느 스테이지가 너무 어려운지 등을 살펴 게임을 고치기 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase로 게임 이용 통계를 모읍니다. 직접 입력한 이름처럼 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 보내지 않습니다.

provided by OmniNode Co., Ltd. ("we").
The game has no sign-up or login. We do not collect, or send to our servers, any information that identifies you, such as your name, email or phone number.
Your game progress (stars, memory photos, unlocked chapters, high scores with the name you type, and language, speed and music settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Reset Progress" in the game.
The game is free and shows Google AdMob interstitial ads between chapters and before a solution is shown. To serve and measure ads, Google may process the following:
We also collect game usage statistics with Google Analytics for Firebase to find, for example, stages that are too hard and improve the game. Nothing that identifies you, such as the name you type, is sent.

Google's processing follows the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and turn off personalized ads, in your device settings (Google › Ads, or Privacy › Ads).
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties except for ad delivery as described above.
The game is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We keep no personal information. Game data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app or reset your progress. Data processed by Google is retained under Google's policies.
