이 방침은 모바일 게임 앱 문명 레이서: 시대를 달리는 질주(Era Racer · 패키지 kr.omninode.eraracer · Google Play 개발자 쥬천)에 적용됩니다.
주식회사 옴니노드(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
이 게임에는 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 회사는 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 수집하거나 회사 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
게임 진행 기록(모은 공구, 차 강화 단계, 구동 방식, 열린 서킷, 본 안내, 소리·진동·핸들 감도 설정, 공구 상점에서 산 물건)은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사에 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 지워집니다.
이 게임은 무료로 제공되며 다음 광고가 표시됩니다. 배너 광고는 없습니다.
광고를 보여주고 성과를 측정하기 위해 Google이 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

Google의 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google이 파트너 앱의 정보를 사용하는 방식을 따릅니다. 기기의 설정(Google › 광고 또는 개인 정보 보호 › 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제해 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
현재 배포본에는 게임 이용 통계 수집이 활성화되어 있지 않습니다. 경주 기록과 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 광고 제공을 위한 Google AdMob의 정보 처리는 위 2항을 따릅니다.
정비소·설정의 공구 상점에서 다음 물건을 살 수 있습니다: 공구 묶음 3가지(공구 30·80·200개), '광고 제거'(한 번 구매, 전면 광고 제거). 결제는 Google Play가 처리하며, 회사는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱은 구매를 확인·복원하기 위해 Google Play 결제 라이브러리로 구매 내역만 조회합니다. 원스토어판에는 공구 상점이 없습니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 위 광고·결제 외의 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
이 게임은 만 13세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 하며, 회사는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
회사는 개인정보를 보관하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 기록은 앱 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 삭제 시 즉시 삭제됩니다. Google이 처리하는 정보의 보관은 Google의 방침을 따릅니다.
본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 게시하고 상단 시행일을 갱신합니다.

This policy applies to the mobile game Era Racer: Drive Through Time (문명 레이서 · package kr.omninode.eraracer · Google Play developer 쥬천),
provided by OmniNode Co., Ltd. ("we").
The game has no sign-up or login. We do not collect, or send to our servers, any information that identifies you, such as your name, email or phone number.
Your game progress (tools collected, car upgrade levels, drive type, unlocked circuits, tips you have seen, sound, vibration and steering settings, and what you bought at the Tool Shop) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings.
The game is free and shows the following ads. There are no banner ads.
To serve and measure ads, Google may process the following:

In regions where consent is required (such as the EEA and the UK), Google's consent form appears on first launch, and personalized ads follow your choice.
Google's processing follows the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and turn off personalized ads, in your device settings (Google › Ads, or Privacy › Ads).
Gameplay analytics collection is not enabled in the current release. Race records and settings remain on your device. Google AdMob processes information for advertising as described in section 2.
The Tool Shop (in the garage and in settings) sells: three tool bundles (30, 80 or 200 tools) and Remove Ads (one-time; removes interstitial ads). Payment is handled by Google Play; we never receive card numbers or other payment details. The app only queries your purchase history through the Google Play Billing Library to confirm and restore purchases. The ONE store edition has no Tool Shop.
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties except for ads and payments as described above.
The game is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We keep no personal information. Game data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Data processed by Google is retained under Google's policies.
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.

本ゲームには会員登録・ログインがなく、当社は氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号など利用者を特定できる情報を収集したり、当社のサーバーへ送信したりしません。
ゲームの進行記録（集めた工具、車の強化段階、駆動方式、開いたサーキット、見た案内、音・振動・ハンドル感度の設定、工具ショップで買ったもの）は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当社には送信されません。アプリを削除するか、端末の設定でアプリのデータを消去すると一緒に削除されます。
本ゲームは無料で提供され、次の広告が表示されます。バナー広告はありません。

Google による情報の処理は Google プライバシーポリシー および Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用 に従います。 端末の設定（Google › 広告、またはプライバシー › 広告）で広告IDのリセット・削除やパーソナライズ広告の無効化ができます。
現在の配信版では、ゲーム利用統計の収集は有効になっていません。レース記録と設定は端末に保存されます。広告のための Google AdMob による情報処理は上記第2項に従います。
ガレージと設定の工具ショップでは次のものを購入できます：工具セット3種類（工具 30・80・200個）、「広告削除」（1回のみの購入、全画面広告を削除）。決済は Google Play が処理し、当社はカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。アプリは購入の確認・復元のため、Google Play 決済ライブラリで購入履歴のみを照会します。ONE store 版には工具ショップがありません。
当社は利用者の個人情報を販売したり、上記の広告・決済以外の目的で第三者に提供したりしません。
